Whether you're training at home, in your own gym or on the road for work, your programme travels with you. Elliott writes plans that fit the equipment you actually have, so you're never trying to force a barbell session into a hotel room or guessing what to swap when a machine is taken.

Everything lives in the PT app — session by session, week by week. Each exercise comes with a short video showing the movement, the cues to focus on and the tempo, so you always know exactly what to do. You log sets, reps and loads as you go, and Elliott sees the same data in real time.

Nutrition and weekly check-ins.

You'll get nutrition guidance built around your goal and your real routine — no restrictive meal plans. Once a week you send in weight, measurements, photos and a short update on how training and nutrition are going, and Elliott adjusts the plan. That weekly accountability is what turns online coaching from "an app I paid for" into actual progress.
