Real strength is built on the basics done well — squat, hinge, press, pull and carry — coached with the technique cues most people never get. ECPT sessions are technique-first and injury-smart: every rep is watched, corrected and progressed only when the movement quality is there. You'll leave sessions knowing exactly what to do, why you're doing it and how to do it well.

Progressive programming.

Progress doesn't happen by accident. Your programme is written in structured blocks — usually 4–6 weeks each — that add load, reps or quality week to week so you're always working toward a measurable goal. Everything is logged in the PT app, so you can see your lifts, volume and personal bests move over time instead of guessing whether you're actually getting stronger.

Coaching for every level.

Complete beginner? You'll be taught the fundamentals from the first rep, in a small non-intimidating gym, with no assumption of prior experience. Already lifting? Elliott will build on what you've got — sharper technique, better programming and honest feedback that pushes you past the plateau you've been stuck on. The plan scales to you, not the other way around.

Muscle is built in the gym and fed in the kitchen. Every package includes nutrition guidance built around your lifestyle — enough protein to recover and grow, and calories set to your goal, whether that's leaning out, staying at maintenance or gaining size steadily.
